Privacy Policy
Effective May 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Icemint LLC ("Icemint", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the website at icemint.io (the "Service"). It does not cover the separate products and websites we operate under their own brands, each of which has its own privacy policy.
1. Summary
icemint.io is a static marketing website. We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising SDKs, we do not record sessions, and we do not heat-map. We do not operate user accounts on this website and we do not collect personal information from visitors beyond what is automatically transmitted by your browser to our content-delivery network. If that's all you wanted to know, you can stop reading here.
2. Information collected automatically
When you load a page on icemint.io, your browser transmits standard HTTP request information to our content-delivery network (Cloudflare). This information includes:
- your IP address;
- the date and time of the request;
- the URL requested and the referring URL, if any;
- your user-agent string (which identifies your browser and operating system); and
- the response status and size.
This information is processed by Cloudflare for the purposes of delivering content, mitigating denial-of-service and bot abuse, and producing aggregate, non-identifying operational metrics. We do not maintain a separate copy of this log. We do not use it for analytics, profiling, advertising, or any purpose other than operating the site.
3. Tracking technologies
icemint.io does not use any of the following:
- analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, or comparable services;
- advertising or attribution pixels, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the TikTok pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, or comparable services;
- session-recording or session-replay tools, including FullStory, Hotjar Recordings, or comparable services;
- heat-mapping tools;
- email or CRM tracking pixels; or
- cookies set by the website for tracking, profiling, or marketing.
The only cookies that may be set in your browser as a result of visiting icemint.io are infrastructure cookies set by our content-delivery network (Cloudflare) for the purpose of bot management and load balancing. These are described in our Cookies Policy. We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking.
We audit this disclosure when we change the site. If you ever find a tracking technology in use on icemint.io that is not listed in this Policy, please tell us at [email protected] — we treat that as a bug.
4. Information you send us
If you email us at [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information only to respond to you and retain it for as long as it is reasonably useful for our records.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information transmitted to Cloudflare in the course of operating the site is handled in accordance with Cloudflare's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Children
icemint.io is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Disputes regarding data handling
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or relating to the collection, use, sharing, processing, or retention of data under this Privacy Policy is governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Use, including the pre-dispute notice requirements, the informal resolution requirements, the arbitration agreement, the class-action waiver, the governing law, and the venue set forth in those Terms. By using the Service, you agree that any such dispute will proceed in accordance with those provisions and will not be brought as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
8. Substantiation of data-handling claims
If you believe your data has been collected, used, shared, or processed in violation of this Privacy Policy or applicable law, you must provide us with all of the following as part of your pre-dispute notice under the Terms of Use:
- a complete, unedited copy of the data forming the basis of your claim;
- a detailed written explanation specifying the nature of the alleged violation, the date or dates on which it occurred, the URLs accessed, the device and browser used, and the IP address or addresses used to access the Service if known;
- the legal theory or theories on which the claim is based; and
- a description of the harm alleged.
This requirement is intended to enable a meaningful investigation of any alleged violation and shall not be construed to limit any rights you have under applicable law.
9. Jurisdiction-specific rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing activities. Because icemint.io does not collect personal information about you beyond the automatic request data described in Section 2, most such rights have little to exercise against. To make a request, email [email protected] and identify the jurisdiction whose rights you are asserting; we will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above will be updated when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
